Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a festival ticket, entering any festival location (workshops or parties), or engaging in any activities (social activities), you understand and agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions at all times. Additionally, you agree that you understand and accept our privacy policy and personal data protection policy.
Admission
Our team, volunteers and all dancers at Vienna Sugar Blues Festival have a right to be in a safe and non-threatening environment. We therefore expect appropriate behaviour from all participants. If a participant engages in harassing or unsafe behaviour, the event organisers and/or the Care Team members will take any action they deem appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, issuing a warning, expelling the offender from the event and/or future events, refusing admission and/or contact with the offender.
The Vienna Sugar Blues Festival organisers reserve the right to turn down registrations or refuse entry to any part of the event. Additionally, the organisers reserve the right to expel an already registered person from the event. In case the expulsion occurs any time up until one day before the beginning of the event, the organisers will refund the full ticket price. The refund, at any given time, does not include any other financial expenses already incurred by the participant prior to the event. In case the expulsion occurs during the event, the organisers will pay no refund for the ticket.
Prices and cancellation fees
You agree with all prices (Social Pass: € 105; Add one classes: € 50) and cancellation fees (if you cancel by 1st March 2023, 50% of your ticket price will be refunded; if you cancel by 15th March 2023, 20% of your ticket price will be refunded).
Ticket exchange and resale policy
The Vienna Sugar Blues registration team will manage ticket swaps up until 1st March 2023. Afterwards we will allow ticket holders to give their tickets to another person of their choice only with prior notification to the Vienna Sugar Blues Team. If due to circumstances beyond your control you are no longer able to attend the event, you can sell your ticket and its reserved rights to another person. In case of a ticket exchange, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible via email. The ticket exchange is only valid if your ticket ID-number and the new ticket holder’s first and last name and email address are provided.
Responsibility for injury
All participants attend the event at their own risk and the organisers do not take any responsibility for participants’ injuries or health issues that might arise during the festival.
Theft
The organisers do not take any responsibility for participants’ belongings.
Adjustment of the Programme
The organisers of the event reserve the right to make alterations to the published event program (bands and venues). We suggest that you regularly check our website in order to be aware of potential updates.
